BRICKFIELDS
PROJECT
description
Located in the heart of Griffintown, Brickfields is just like its neighborhood. Anchored in the past, but already imagining the future. Built on respect for heritage.
Designed as a unique building, the smallest tower in Montreal combining commercial space, offices and residential units perfectly integrates each section into one architectural ensemble, while ensuring absolute independence through separate entrances.
IMPACT
of light
Two luminous atmospheres coexist and juxtapose each other.
Enhancing the neighborhood's past identity
The architectural elements symbols of the past are 'accentuated', highlighted by a warm light, such as the brick wall, dormers. A warm atmosphere is created for onlookers and users of the Brickfields.
Bright interstices
The architectural volume, contemporary character is expressed in night mode, by luminous elements inserted in its frame. Architectural details are marked by light. The volume is subtly defined under several identities throughout the evening thanks to the dynamism of its markers.
USER
experience
The nightlife of Brickfields evolves quietly over the course of the evening, with occasionally a few more lively moments that mark the insertion into the Montreal landscape.
